Shipping policy

Orders are packed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive email updates throughout the process so you can keep track of your order. Orders over $100 are shipped with complimentary shipping insurance. Once the package leaves the studio and is in possession of USPS or other mailing authorities, it is no longer the responsibility of Ruby Mountain Paint Co. If a package goes missing while in transit, check with your local USPS office or on the USPS website and they can assist with lost packages. If the package has insurance, we can help with the insurance claim and replacement of your item at our discretion.
